The LIPA Sixth Form College is a Free School for 16-18 year olds, funded by the Department for Education, and open to students from Liverpool, Merseyside and beyond.

We offer UAL (University of the Arts London) Level 3 Extended Diplomas courses in a range of creative and performing arts disciplines, leading to nationally recognised qualifications. We opened in September 2016.

Inspired by the purpose and achievements of The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, the College is one of a handful of further education providers in England to focus on the creative and performing arts.

We wish to appoint the following:

Student Counsellor (part-time)

22.5 hours (average) per week, worked over 38 weeks per year
Salary: £13,773 - £15,042 p.a. (equivalent to £27,511 - £30,046 p.a. pro rata)

Learning Support Assistant (part-time)

15 hours per week, 38 weeks per year
Salary: £6,244 - £7,087 p.a. pro rata (equivalent to £18,709 - £21,236 for a full-time post)
