The LIPA Sixth Form College is a Free School for 16-18 year olds, funded by the Department for Education, and open to students from Liverpool, Merseyside and beyond.
We offer UAL (University of the Arts London) Level 3 Extended Diplomas courses in a range of creative and performing arts disciplines, leading to nationally recognised qualifications. We opened in September 2016.
Inspired by the purpose and achievements of The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, the College is one of a handful of further education providers in England to focus on the creative and performing arts.
We wish to appoint the following:
£9.04 per hour plus holidays
We have vacancies for cleaners who are reliable, flexible and conscientious to join our established cleaning team who support our teaching and performance activities. Training can be provided where necessary for applicants with limited experience but are prepared for hard work.
LIPA H.E. Cleaner x 4 posts
16 hrs per week across 6 days, 2:40 hours per day
6.00am – 8.40am (optional 5.00am start)
Actual salary £7,407 per annum.
LIPA Primary School Cleaner x 3 posts
10 hrs per week, Monday – Friday, 2 hours per day 38 weeks (term time) plus three weeks
Actual salary £4,168 per annum.
LIPA Sixth Form College Cleaner
10 hrs per week, Monday – Friday, 2 hours per day (afternoons) 36 weeks (term time) plus one week
Actual salary £3,761 per annum.
• Must be reliable;
• Must be able to obtain DBS clearance satisfactory to LIPA ;
• Ability to meet LIPA standards in cleaning and attendance;
• Ability to work un-supervised;
• Some flexibility in working times for additional hours;
• Not afraid of hard work.
