Understanding how far reaching the arts can go, inspires her to ensure students are aware of the different training and employment avenues available. Carmel has worked as a musical director for different shows including devised pantomimes and MTI productions, as well as working with choirs and ensemble groups. She is extremely passionate about vocal health and committed to regular vocology training which she uses with students. Having strong organisation skills allows her to plan well-designed, thought-out projects that are responsive to the needs of the learners and current industry demands. She has a good network of contacts with HE providers which supports the progression of students.
